Returns and Exchanges Policy:

Products purchased from KLEANSEbyK.com are eligible for exchanges within the first 7 days of delivery, if defective and not a soap product. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to process returns on any soap(s) purchased unless it is the wrong item. All packages must be returned in its original condition. In order to properly process an exchange, we require authorization, please contact us with your order number and details before sending any returns. 

There is a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@KLEANSEbyK.com or find the contact form located at the end of the site on the left side, and click 'About'. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to prepare your package, the customer is responsible and liable for the transport of the package in regards to all relating charges. Items sent back without initial request a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom-ordered products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Orders placed with sales discounts are final.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too; give them a call if wait times are longer than expected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we may arrive at a resolution hastily. Including photos from all angles of the product(s) may expedite the process.

Shipping Policy:

- Orders placed after 1PM (EST) will be processed in the next following 1-3 business days. Please refer to this page for more information.

- Once orders are placed in the hands of the shipping provider, liability transfers to the purchaser. Please contact USPS for further directions. For returns, please check out our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

- Any excess shipping fees will be refunded.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from KLEANSEbyK.com (the “Site”).

Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
